Having the bug where you board an enemy ship and there are no enemies inside or any loot in the captain's locker. Don't know when the bug began, but its happened about 4 or 5 times now in a row, and has happened with Spacer, Zealot, and Crimson ships, whether they are random encounters or from the mission board.

Open ship menu, go to "Crew". Remove crew from affected ship. Go to ship builder, modify ship. Repaint any component. Save ship. Exit ship builder, see ship magically on the platform again. I had it happen to me twice, and the above steps restored my missing ship both times. *edit* this was on PC for me.The solution was to go to the ship editor and just remove a component.
